Voting Period: Monday, April 23, 2012 12:00am – Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at 11:59 p.m.
Submitting a Photo: Beginning at 12:00 a.m. central time on Monday, April 2, 2012 and ending at 11:59 p.m. central time on Sunday, April 22, 2012 (“Submission Period”), enter by submitting your “Mom & Me” photo with all required information. Photos must be submitted by an adult 18 years or older. Only one photo per person will be accepted. Complete the entry form, attach the photo, complete any other required fields and then submit your entry by clicking on the “SUBMIT” button. Online submissions must be received by 11:59 p.m., Sunday, April 22, 2012. By entering, you agree to the terms of these Official Rules. All photos become the property of Channel3000.com and absolutely no photos will be returned. Copyrighted photos must be accompanied by photographer’s release. Channel3000.com reserves the rights to refuse any photograph it determines to be unacceptable. “Mom & Me” photos will be displayed at www.channel3000.com.
How to Vote: Go to the contest page of Channel3000.com. Voting begins at 12:00 a.m. central time on Monday, April 23, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. central time on Tuesday, May 8, 2012. You can vote for your favorite “Mom & Me” photo by submitting a voting ballot. In the event of a dispute, all online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the ISP account from which they were sent. For these purposes, an ISP account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such ISP account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning ISP addresses for the domain associated with such ISP account. Any questions regarding the number of entries or votes submitted or the owner of an ISP account shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the contest.
Entrants have the option to donate to the Breast Cancer Recovery Foundation. Making a donation does not increase your chances of winning.
One photo entry submission per person. Duplicate photo entries will be disqualified.
Users may vote once per day for the duration of the voting period.
The winner will be based on vote totals. The photo submission with the most votes will win. The decisions of the Contest regarding entries and winner shall be final.
The Winners will be notified by email, mail or phone during the week following May 8, 2012. Winners will also be posted on the website on Wednesday, May 9, 2012.
Prizes may not be substituted and are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Odds of winning will depend on the number of votes casted.
This Contest is open to legal residents of Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and Minnesota who are 18 years of age or older. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted. Employees of Television Wisconsin, Inc., Sundara Inn & Spa and any Participating Companies, the advertising and promotion agencies representing any of such companies, and members of those employees' families are not eligible to enter or win.
By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to all the terms and conditions of these rules; agrees to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Contest judges; and consents to the use of his/her name, likeness and other information for publicity purposes. Each winner accepting a prize and each guest traveling with and/or accompanying the winner consents to the use of his/her name and/or likeness for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Each entrant waives the right to assert, as a cost of winning any prize, any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem a prize and any liability that might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem a prize. Winner is responsible for taxes and title fees. Each entrant releases each of the following from any and all liability with respect to or arising out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize and/or the loss or misdirection of any prize: Television Wisconsin, Inc., Sundara Inn & Spa and the Participating Company; their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, franchises, advertising and promotional agencies; and their respective officers, directors and employees. Television Wisconsin, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, amend and/or revoke this Contest due to printing errors or other mistakes.
Television Wisconsin Inc. is not responsible for any problems/failures related to any contestant’s lost, stolen or misdirected entry. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
